We are the fourth generation to be in charge of the Alpenhof, and our sixth sense for what our guests need has grown steadily over the last 80 years. Together with the Alpenhof team, we put our heart and soul in what we do, with results you can feel, taste, and see.

Extraordinary flavours, subtle ideas, regional ingredients, creativity, passion, and traditional roots. This is what Alpenhof indulgence stands for and what makes it so special.
The Alpenhof Genießerstube with Maximilian Stock and the Alpenhof kitchen team was awarded a Michelin star in 2025 and 3 toques by Gault Millau once again. In the cosy gourmet parlour, amuse gueules await us right at the start with their intense flavours. What follows are complex dishes that are personally explained by the kitchen crew, course by course. (Extract from the Gault Millau Guide 2025) The service team is led by Daniel Poms with a lot of charm and passion for high-quality wines. The ambition of both is to make the access to real pleasure as uncomplicated as possible for our guests.
