Our kitchen team specialises in finely nuanced aromas. After a glorious day spent in Hintertux, you will probably have worked up an appetite! Our head chef Maximilian Stock was awarded three Gault Millau toques and serves up a firework of flavours on a daily basis. Dinner is served every evening from 6:45pm until 8:45pm in the delightful ambience of our restaurant, where a 5-course menu awaits. And when sommelier Klaus Dengg junior presents you with the perfect vintage to go with your meal, your evening is bound to be a success!
